The AV Star can also be wirelessly charging up to 75 kW. We had the chance to test the EV9 for a few hours on a local highway and found it easy to drive and comfortable for long distances. The ride is smooth and smooth over bumps and ruts, while the EV9 does an excellent job of reducing wind and road noise on the highway. With the Biden Administration planning to electrify school buses across the country, GreenPower plans on ramping production to meet the demand. Their EV Star bus is the first of its kind to be tested by Altoona and FMVSS-certified, Buy America compliant and ADA compliant. This will make them eligible for federal transit grants.
